recently, I had the awesome opportunity to have my artwork hosted at Three Notch Collab House in Richmond, Va. this was my first showcase so it goes without saying that I was ecstatic to have this opportunity. i was thankful enough to have that space from Novemeber until January 2018, so I lowkey was artist of the month(s) and I was for it cause i’ve never actually had a gallery/artist showcase to demonstrate my craft — it made me happy inside (✿◠‿◠) as of this past week, three notch allowed myself and my brother, Jordan Moore ( AKA yed.SLIME ) to collab on the space and have a double artist of the month feature of january. we were both excited for this opportunity not only because of the exposure but also so ppl can see the juxtaposition between our work. this showcase means so much more than beer coming together with art — it’s a story of 2 artist that have began creating together as children and circling back to becoming unique and defined artists. years ago, we were running from security after throwing down graffiti tags to having a joint showcase at a local brewery. this is the manifestation , this is the future of richmond art. thank you so much to three notch collab house ( go and try the minute man IPA) + congrats to my brother’s accomplishment - YED.SLIME is here to stay, watch out.

NEKI've been doing art since I was a child with my older brother, Jordan Moore (AKA YED.SLIME). When I was younger my graffiti tag name was 'NEK' (first three letters of my name backwards). Since then, it's somewhat stuck. Archives
